RECENT PROJECTS
Industrial Fabrication Facility Conversion
Converted 5,000 SF of warehouse space into a fully operational fabrication shop, including new HVAC, electrical (branch and service), fire suppression, insulation, metal siding, and epoxy flooring.
Industrial Interior Demolition & Floor Preparation
Completed selective demolition of approximately 9,000 SF of office space within an active manufacturing facility, including removal of cubicles, finishes, flooring systems, and lead-containing floor coatings. Specialized floor preparation equipment was utilized to prepare the substrate for future epoxy installation.
Facility Exterior Modernization
Re-skinned approximately 6,000 SF of an existing industrial facility with new exterior sheeting, window trim, and door trim systems to improve appearance, durability, and long-term building performance.
Industrial Office Renovation Preparation
Performed interior selective demolition and mold remediation of approximately 5,500 SF of office space to prepare for future upgrades and modernization while maintaining operations in adjacent occupied areas.
Structural Steel Restoration & Industrial Coatings
Repaired and restored a 30' x 60' roof mechanical support structure by removing paint and corrosion to bare steel using HEPA-shrouded needle scalers before applying industrial coating systems for long-term protection.
STAIRWELL RESTORATION
Removed all loose and flaking paint from the stairwell and attached hallway walls, and recoated with an industrial coating. Removed all damaged coatings from stairs and stringers and recoated, removed floor coverings and installed epoxy floor coating.
