William is the president of Carolina Lead Abatement, inc. William and his father Billy Earp, together, have built Carolina Lead into a growing abatement company that covers 4 states with offices in Nashville and Wilmington NC. His licenses include North Carolina General Contractor with building and utility classifications, asbestos supervisors, lead abatement supervisors and NC LRRP and he is certified in house trainer for COMTRAIN tower climb and rescue.
